OUR MISSION & VALUES
HOPE (Helping Out People Everywhere) Campaign is a 501(c3) non-profit that connects creatives with causes through projects and events. For over 14 years, HOPE’s programs, campaigns, and events have supported and empowered local artists, young and old.
Together we raise up important causes, inspire those around us, and foster the next generation of creatives. From the HOPE Outdoor Gallery to our artist development programming and youth mentorship, we believe when we collaborate around art, we transform our world.
The HOPE Campaign was launched in December of 2006 with the support of contemporary artist Shepard Fairey. HOPE was initially founded as a way to raise awareness about the crisis in Darfur, Sudan. Since then, thousands of individuals and organizations have joined the movement. Inspired by this positive response, HOPE continues to grow and enroll new talent and partners every year.
Community
Community is one of our core values. We strive to create an inclusive, diverse, and supportive community through our projects and events. We aim to empower artists of all ages and skill levels.
Collaboration
Collaboration is key to the work that we do. We collaborate with artists, partners, and community members to continue to support local causes.
Creativity
Creativity is paramount to HOPE. It is rooted in each and everything that we do. Whether bring unique events, or new public works everything starts with an idea and grows from there.
